The building is characterized by the minute texture of a beautiful British bond of red bricks. The red brick wall contrasts the white-painted wooden window frames and the windows of the 1st and 2nd floor have wide arches, making them appear as a unit. The wall has a continuous pattern made by cleverly putting together the arches, lintels (horizontal blocks used to support the structure above openings such as doorways) and ventilation openings. Ventilating towers sequentially arranged on the roof ridge and small towers at every corner of the building also create an accent to the design.
